2- Read this helpful link:
3- Copy the DLL file, and a sample workers.properties and uriworkermap.properties to the same directory.
Rename the file to "isapi_redirect.dll" (without the version number tagged at the end)
4- Now, on your windows server, create a registry entry for HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Apache Software Foundation\Jakarta Isapi Redirector\1.0
5- Create string value extension_uri and a value of /jakarta/isapi_redirect.dllI
Similar value for worker_file, worker_mount_file pointing at the workers.properties and uriworkermap.properties files
6- Create a new virtual directory to where the files are located - allow Script, Execute, and Write access (this is simple and easy way to set it up)
7- In IIS6, Add an ISAPI at the "Default Web Site" level pointing at the same isapi_redirect.dll file
8- In IIS6, Add a web service extension, with allowed permissions, again using the same DLL file
9- Restart IIS - C:\>IISRESET

worker.list=worker1

worker.worker1.port=8009
Entries in uriworkermap.properties:
/myapplication*=worker1
